Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions of purchase and sale (hereinafter – the Rules), once confirmed by the Buyer (by checking the box agreeing to the rules of "balticprotein.lt" when purchasing goods), constitute a legally binding document for both parties. It establishes the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller, the conditions for purchasing and paying for goods, the delivery and return procedures, liability of the parties, and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the "balticprotein.lt" online store (hereinafter – the Store).
The Seller reserves the right to change, amend, or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account the requirements established by legal acts.

Any information related to personal data and registered in the Store is considered confidential and will not be disclosed publicly.
When ordering goods in the Store, the Buyer must provide the data requested during registration.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data during registration.
By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that their submitted personal data will be processed for the purposes of order management and operational analysis. The Buyer also agrees that informational notifications necessary for fulfilling the order will be sent to the email address or phone number specified by the Buyer.
By registering in the e-shop and ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to protect their login details and not disclose them to anyone.
The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Store in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement concluded with the Store by notifying the Seller via email or phone.

The Buyer undertakes to pay the agreed price for the goods, specifying the exact payment reference, and to accept them in accordance with the procedure established by these Rules.
The Buyer undertakes to choose the appropriate size of the product and is solely responsible for this choice.
The Buyer undertakes not to transfer their login details to third parties. If the login details are lost, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
By placing an order in the balticprotein.lt online store, the Buyer agrees to these purchase and sale Rules and undertakes to comply with them and not violate the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of the Store's operations or violates their obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend their access to the Store or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration.
The Seller has the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Buyer does not pay for the goods within 3 (three) business days.

The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy regarding their personal information provided in the Store's registration form and not to disclose the received data to third parties, except in cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the specified address under the conditions specified in Section 8 of the Rules.
If the Seller, due to important circumstances, is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer, they undertake to offer an analogous or the most similar product possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept the analogous or similar product, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 3 (three) business days, provided that an advance payment was made.

In the online store, the Buyer can purchase online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Orders by phone or email are accepted during specified working hours, which are listed in the contact section of the page.
The Buyer can pay for the goods using an electronic banking system. The Buyer transfers the money to the checking account of balticprotein.lt. Responsibility for data security in this case lies with the respective bank through whose electronic banking system the monetary operations are carried out.
The Buyer undertakes to pay for the order within 3 days from the date of order confirmation. Shipment preparation begins only after receiving the payment for the goods.
If the Buyer does not make the payment within 3 days, if only a part of the money is transferred, or if the payment reference is specified incorrectly, the order is canceled. If the money was transferred to the balticprotein.lt bank account, it will be refunded to the buyer within 14 days.
If the buyer purchases a gift voucher and does not use it within the period specified on the voucher, the voucher is considered used.

When ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to specify the exact delivery address and a contact phone number.
The Buyer undertakes to accept the goods personally. In the event that they cannot accept the goods personally, and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer has no right to make claims regarding the delivery.
The goods are delivered by the Seller or their authorized representative (postal or courier service). The Seller is not responsible for any poor-quality work by Lithuania Post or the courier service.
The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods in compliance with the delivery deadlines, except in cases where the Seller does not have the goods in stock.
The Seller is exempted from liability for violating delivery deadlines if this occurred due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances independent of the Buyer.

The Seller is not responsible if the color, shape, or other parameters of the product do not match reality due to the characteristics of the display screen used by the Buyer.
Goods are not returnable if they do not suit the Buyer due to an inaccurate choice made by the Buyer themselves.
The return of goods is carried out in accordance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
The Buyer must send the returned goods via registered mail through Lithuania Post. Shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
If the Buyer wishes to return a quality product, they can do so within 14 days of its delivery.
The product being exchanged or returned must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and unused.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept a product if it does not meet the requirements of the return procedure.
Money for returned goods is refunded within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
If a defective product was received, the Seller will replace it or refund the money and compensate for the return shipping costs.

The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form.
The Buyer is responsible for the transfer of their login details to third parties.
The Seller is exempted from liability if losses occur because the Buyer did not familiarize themselves with these Rules.
The Seller is not responsible for the information or activities contained in third-party links within the Store.
In the event of damage, the responsible party or its representatives will compensate the other party for the direct losses incurred.

This agreement enters into force from the moment payment for the goods is made.
These Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
All disputes arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiation or in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
